Fall Birch Lodge Fishery rules:
All Anglers using the fishery are responsible for their own health & safety. Fall Birch Lodge trading as Off The Scale Outdoor Education accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property or persons whilst onsite and / or whilst using any equipment on loan.
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
All Anglers must have an up to date EA licence unless under 13 years old.
All fish/stock to be returned to the water with care.
No standing with fish. Ideally a net should be placed below all fish whilst photos taken or fish kept low to the ground over an unhooking mat.
All Anglers must have an appropriate landing net & unhooking mat.
2 rods per Angler. Rods must not be left unattended.
Barbless hooks only (Carp Anglers are allowed micro barbed.)
Use appropriate lines for the fish you are targeting. Minimum 12lb line for Carp.
No leadcore leaders or fixed leads. Tubing only.
No rubber baits.
All particle baits to be prepared properly/made safe for fish consumption.
Please keep the gate locked whilst on site.
Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a Lead. Please clean up after your dog.
No mistreatment of wildlife or the facilities.
Take your rubbish home with you or place in the bins on site.
Keep noise to a minimum.
Fish the area in front of your peg/swim.
Fires & BBQs must be raised off the ground.
No abusive or aggressive behaviour to anyone on site or anyone on the public footpath.
No excessive drinking & no drugs.
Any breach of rules may result in a warning or ban and you will be asked to leave the site without a refund.
Your data may be shared with volunteers/staff associated with the fishery such as bailiffs. We may also contact you in the future to share news & promotions unless you tell us you want to opt out.
